Are you a Leader, Groundbreaker, or Innovator looking to connect with your industry?

In 2020, Women & Automotive explored conscious leadership, how mistakes lead to success, leading with intention, advancing women to C-level, employee engagement, and more. If these topics mean something to you, then you should be speaking at Women & Automotive 2021. We are looking to thought leaders in the industry to give our audience insight into the next horizon of mentorship, inclusivity in auto, what leadership looks like in a new decade and more. Our attendees want actionable items that they can take back to their workplace and implement right away on topics like advancing women in their careers, respect in the workplace and cultivating a diverse, inclusive atmosphere across the industry.

New, never-before-seen presentations

Bring us something novel! We recognize that takes more time and effort on your part. But we can guarantee that the response will be much more positive, increasing the benefit that you receive from participation in the Women & Automotive Canadian Leadership Forum.

Don’t bring us your sales pitch

We know it’s tempting to spread the good word about your exciting new product or service. But our attendees simply do not respond well to a “salesy” presentation. They want actionable items that they can take back and immediately put to work. If you spend your time trying to sell them something, they’re probably going to wind up with a negative experience. If you give them concrete plans and goals instead, attendees will leave with a positive view of your company and will more likely reach out for more information from you and your team!

Submissions due Friday, July 9

    1. SPEAKER INFORMATION (required):

    Fill out the complete speaker information form in the way your speaker would like to be registered for the event and as they would like their name and title to appear on the agenda. In the event that your submission is accepted, we will register your speakers using this information. The headshot and bio you submit will be used on our agenda and in our printed materials.











    * This number will only be used for speaker coordination and will not be shared with attendees


    2. SESSION TITLE (required):

    Limit your title to 50 characters or fewer. Keep it short and simple, but engaging. Attendees should be able to discern your presentation topic from just the title. Spend a minute or two thinking about the most important aspects of your presentation, and try to convey the tone of your session.

    3. SESSION DESCRIPTION (required):

    In 800 characters or fewer, tell attendees why they should attend your session. And if it’s a workshop, why YOUR workshop is the one to choose over the others running concurrently. What will you cover in your session, and what knowledge can they expect to gain? Be specific!

    4. THREE AUDIENCE TAKEAWAYS (required):

    Provide 3 brief statements (800 characters or fewer) of knowledge you intend to share with attendees. What do you hope to achieve with your session? What do you want your attendees to walk away having learned?

    5. VIDEO LINK (required):

    Share a link to a short promotional video (no more than 30 seconds) for your submission telling attendees why they should register for the event and attend your session. If selected your video will be used for conference marketing purposes.

    6. EXAMPLE PRESENTATION / RELATED RESEARCH (optional):

    If you’re having trouble submitting the form please make sure that:

    • Email address in section one is formatted correctly
    • Speaker biography is less than 800 characters
    • Headshot file size is 2MG or less
    • Session title is less than 50 characters
